Republican vice presidential nominee Sarah Palin abused her power as Alaska's governor by trying to get her former brother-in-law fired from the state police, a state investigator's report concluded today. The bipartisan Legislative Council, which commissioned the probe, unanimously adopted the 263-page public report after a marathon executive session.

This doesn't address the abuse of power. Whether or not it is lawful for Palin to fire the Walt Monegan is meaningless to addressing the issue of her abuse of power. You know better than posting something like this.
