This would be interesting--he's obviously not cowed by the media. http://briefingroom.thehill.com/2008/10/24/joe-the-plumber-says-hes-mulling-run-for-congress/

I think Joe will make a great footman in the coming break-through economy.

I foresee "Joe the Plumber" nostalgia pervading Northwest Ohio in two years. He's a shoe-in.

Maybe someone should take the phrase "Joe the Plumber" and have it trade-marked.
Then if he tries to use this phrase in his campaign materials, he could be facing some legal problems.

If he can articulate ideas and execute strategies to achieve those, I say ... Go for it.

Marcy has been womping on the little guys all these years... I think that's her M.O. You can ask her.
And what's wrong with Brad Leavitt? He is a steelworker who lost his job to foreign competition and had to move to the Toledo area. A former member of the Navy. Family guy.
He's more average American than Joe unlicensed plumber's crack.

I don't know many little guys that live on government payrolls.
