Does anyone know who the police clerk is who supposedly invaded Joe the Plumbers' privacy with an unauthorized record search? I wonder if he will contact Joe the Lawyer regarding this matter.

A TPD officer named by ABC news on the news tonight. Sorry, but I didn't catch the name (a female). The local ABC news said the TPD officer was confirming information at the request of a local ABC news reporter - not a proper use of the Leeds computer system. According to the report there will be disciplinary action.

"Gross misconduct?" Isn't that what McCain/Palin and Joe should be charged with. All part of one of the sloppiest campaigns ever run.
My first thought was that the person being accused is a fall guy,,,err gail.

Julie McConnell was the name listed in the news articles.
Of course, there could be more than one Julie McConnell in Toledo. That being said...looking in AERIS, there is a Sean and Julie McConnell who own a home in the City of Toledo.
There is a Sean McConnell who was previously a "20 under 40" award winner in Toledo. (http://findarticles.com/p/articles/mi_qa5333/is_/ai_n21357063)
Anyone know if these are the same people? (I don't feel too bad about speculating, considering that all the stuff I found is public record. At least I didn't access any records I wasn't supposed to.) ;)
Perhaps the name rings a bell to CharlieA-Z because of Karen McConnell-Hancock, the former attorney and Judge's daughter facing serious felony charges of stealing from clients.
