Hi, I have a B-Dry system along the front of my house but I am still getting some water along a side wall in my basement. The B-dry system has no sump pump and I cannot find a clean-out. It is covered with plastic panels along the front wall of my basement. Am I supposed to be able to clean this system out or not? Does anyone know?

Did they install floor drain/cleanout near the corners of the basement? Had this system installed 15 yrs ago, but to the entire basement. Had a drain in each corner. Contact the company but roto-rooter has cleaned my drainage tile.
B-Dry Systems at one time was a very reliable company. All of their installations had a lifetime warranty. I think they still have a place in Maumee.
