I give this a 50-50 chance of even coming to fruition. The article said that Vick is hoping for more than the $600,000 "deal" he may have been offered for such a show. Ain't gonna happen. Reality stars just do not make more than that, especially someone of his caliber. I just read recently that the DWTS B-list celebrities are paid $200,000 by ABC, with the winner getting an additional $100,000 and that's it. (And those celebrities really WORK for their money -- although that probably does seem like an overpayment to folks like you and me!) The reason networks like to produce reality shows is, other than their popularity, they are cheap to produce -- no "actors" to pay, minimal writers, easy set design, etc.
Eff this guy anyway. I would boycott any network that signs him.
I am only encouraged by the idea of him seeking a reality show in the sense that it might mean his agents are not getting positive feedback from any NFL teams they've approached about signing him.
There is a mural in the South End Grille that has Vick on the witness stand facing the jury. The jury is made up of dogs. Pretty funny.
Anyone who personally strangled and drowned dogs is very disturbed. And as far as I know, Vick hasn't sought therapy. He will always be a seriously flawed and sick human being, as far as I'm concerned. His jail time wasn't enough, by a long shot. Any reality show is just a PR stunt to resuscitate his image. Any network that signs him, I think, will likely get a lot of protests.
I just have to go to the South End Grille to see that mural... Too funny!

Looks like Toledo has their own Vicki wanna-bes. They really need to be more strict with the punishment of animal abusers!
(how do you insert a url?)
Vick is through. Unless the reality show shows him cleaning out the cages at an animal shelter for the next few years. Dogs would probably prefer a dirty cage than see Vick coming their way, anyway.
