Cincinnati Superhero Patrols Streets Fighting Crime. Toledo could use him instead of the Guardian Angels.

Part of me wants to say, nice job, he's a good guy. Then the cynical side jumps up and says, "are you kidding?, what a tool"!
I hope some gangbanger doesn't shoot the kid.
It's great to show interest in protecting the community, but dressing as a superhero makes me think neurosis.
Fighting thugs is cool! As JJFad said, though, his superhero garb is a bit neurotic, ha ha. Maybe it's his way to get attention for his crime fighting agenda. I met Curtis Sliwa, founder of the Guardian Angels, and he is one cool dude who is focused on cleaning up the streets. His personality is understated and reserved, contrary to what one might expect. Yet he draws a lot of attention in a room.
I am underwhelmed, though I suppose a skinny would-be caped crusader is better than nothing if I was getting mugged. Maybe the mugger would laugh so hard that I might have a chance to grab my wallet back.

I have been hatching a plan to bring Cincinnati to it's knees. Maybe I should give him a challenge.

He must not've watched "The Incredibles". Capes are bad news...
Hah! They mention Master Legend in Florida. I read about him in Rolling Stone last year.
