Apparently you've decided to use this forum for free advertising. You've never made a contribution on any of the other topics, but you've been here 3 times to promote your crap. I think you're just a cheap leach. I did tune in to 88.3FM last weekend and listened to some real goofy stuff for about 15 minutes. Didn't care for it, sorry.

What is Nookular Option any way? A show based on the mispronunciation of a guy who's not around anymore anyway so you can still kick a dead horse?

Yeah, why would I not participate on other threads when there are delightful people like you to interact with? If you deliver sanctimonious lectures like this elsewhere, I surely wouldn't want to miss out on that.
Frankly, I'm delighted you "don't care for" our show. I'd say that means we're headed in the right direction.

I can sum up your 4 topics in about 4 sentences:
Student Free Speech - there is none
Arlen Specter - will be defeated in the Democratic primary
David Souter - will be replaced by a reliably liberal vote
Swine Flu - overblown hysteria gone in 6 weeks
I have to agree with AmericanPie. If you had been participating in the other posts then I might consider listening to the show. But your disrespectful dismissal of AmericanPie's point is only more reason to not listen to the show. Are all points that go against your beliefs handled in such a way?

Oh, I'm the one being "disrespectful?" Spare me, JJ. AmericanPie could have easily made the same point without calling our show "crap" and calling us "cheap leaches."

Not yet true, for now. But, after Morse v. Frederick, we are certainly inching in that direction. At least one Justice (Thomas) has indicated a desire to overrule Tinker altogether.

That'd be good to see. I'm not sure how Specter expects primary voters to support him when he obviously made the switch only because he couldn't win as a Republican.
