Forbidden 403 on Swampbubbles

Anyone else getting "You don't have permission to access / on this server"? Was I a bad boy, or is maintenance going on?

It's up and down. I gather that there are problems with band width being exceeded and that the site will be up and down until the problem is fixed, which will likely be by tomorrow.

I remember reading something on there yesterday that the site was moving to a new server due to the traffic they had been receiving. Something along the lines of the current host not being able to handle the bandwidth of incoming traffic.
