Speaking of planes...

What the hell is going on that I keep hearing planes going overhead (Old West End) where I rarely heard planes before. Has the airport switched their "routes" up? Or am I going crazy?

Switched routes....going crazy...one does not have to negate the other you know toledolen. As long as you don;t see the planes IN your house, it's OK tho, no need to worry......LOL

Actually, I had that a few months back and it lasted for a week or so.....around 5:30 AM everyday....BIG LOUD JETS. Never did find out why.

If it's during the day or on Thursday evening it's the 180th out doing their patrol. They patrol the Great Lakes border I think twice a day and on Thursday evening.

If you're talking around Collingwood & Bancroft, that's on the final. Usually, they don't go out that far, but if there is a sequence to the airport, they do.

The fighters go play in a restricted area a couple of times a day.
