Old West End Festival ArtFair is both Saturday and Sunday.
The Old West End Festival and the ArtFair Committee welcomes you to participate in the 2009 Artfair. The ArtFair will again be held in the Historic Old West End on Woodruff and Parkwood Avenues and right next to the Toledo Museum of Art's Glass Pavilion. As in the past, the ArtFair will be part of Toledo’s largest outdoor neighborhood festival, which includes historic home tours, entertainment pavilion, children’s activities, a huge parade and food court.

As with past festival weekends, there will be plenty of yard sales, parties and BBQs going on, along with all of the above. I was unable to find any of the entertainment schedules online, but there will be plenty of activites for everyone.
I suggest parking at/near the Glass Museum if you are coming from other neighborhoods. There should be plentiful parking and it's patrolled.
