Anybody have an air conditioner to sell? Pay Pal insert question for website.

My daughter & her boyfriend are very active in cat rescues - they take in strays & have the vet checked, neutered - and then they socialize each cat or kitten to be able to place it in the most appropriate home (some cats don't like dogs, kids or other cats). They've been doing this for some time now & are independent of Paws & Whiskers or Planned Pet Hood - only because those two organizations are already too overwhelmed. My daugher posted her rescue website here at one point & I will ask her to post it again. They are fortunate to have found a vet that gives them good discounts on neutering & medical emergency issues.

She has two questions -
1 - Their air conditioner died & the landlord doesn't seem to eager to fix it, and the heat is hard on all of them (cats included). Does anybody here have a window air conditioner they want to sell for not too much money?

2 - They've been asked why their website does not have the abiltity to accept donations via Pay Pal. They don't know how to insert the Pay Pal option for donations. Does anybody here know how to do that (in simple, kindergarten terms - none of us are very computer literate) ?

Thank you so much for any help you can provide.

This post is from my daughter -
" We've been running around frantic trying to keep everyone cool and find a solution. The kitten especially is having a tough time, so if you still have them, that would be wonderful. My website is: www.forgottenfelines.wordpress.com and my number is: 419-490-6005 and you can call anytime. My name is Jill. It'd really be a life saver!"

Yesterday I saw a number of used window A/C units on www.craigslist.com -- was looking to possibly add another window unit at my boyfriend's house as his old dinosaur unit by itself isn't getting the job done! I'd imagine many of them have been snapped up, but you never know. Good luck.

My daughter & her boyfriend are poor - he's got a job, but they run a cat rescue out of the house (vet, food, etc.) - and adopt them out once they're ready. One lady on swampbubbles gave them a nice free air conditioner that cools the entire main floor - they are thrilled! (thank you carol).

chris meyers from swampbubbles also made a wonderful offer, but his is too big for the window in the small bedroom they use as the cat quarentine room upstairs. (and too big for any window in the house unfortunately - it's an old house with smaller windows).
They are looking for a small air ocnditioner for a small window - cheap (cheaper than 88 - maybe half that?) If anybody hears of anything for sale cheap like that, please let me know.

^ Posted the 25th and 26th, maybe one of these is still available? Only one ad gives the dimensions of the unit, though.

You could also register at Toledo FreeCycle http://groups.yahoo.com/group/toledofreecycle/ and maybe see if there is one there? I'm not a member so I couldn't see in the message area if there were any A/C units or not. I believe you're also supposed to offer something for free if you take something for free, but certainly your daughter and her husband have something lying around they could part with?

Also, at Ebay:

http://tiny.cc/5Sv1s 99 cents + shipping, about $30
