The guy said stuff, that was just hard for a lot of people to comprehend. I'd like to say I believed the guy, but then he'd say stuff that just defied any logic.

I'm not going into the pedophile thing.
I will say this, while some sort of memorial is expected, this was pretty much just a grandstand for famous people to get up and get some media exposure.
Magic Johnson claiming that the "greatest moment of my life" was eating KFC with Jackson. Give me a break. I thought that curing himself of HIV would have ranked just a little bit higher.
Did we really need to see the rest of the talentless family dressed like groupies and every famous person saying the same thing? I don't think so.
Are you going to call the police and report the person that held the gun to your head while watching?
Wondering how much revenue the city gained from all the tourist.

No, no one held a gun to my head, but cripe, I can't turn on the tv without seeing some stupid part of the mega memorial. lol
I knew it would not be long before someone pulled the old pedophile out of Michael's closet. But seriously, this early in the game?!?!?.....don't get me wrong....I think the King of Pop had plenty of skeletons in his closet(no pun intended about the way he looks). But on the other hand I think that you have a point.....there is no need to spend $1.4 million on a memorial for someone that was already $500 million in debt himself. I understand that his estate is worth well more than his debt, after being liquidated. And if this is such the case, then some of that asset money should be used to memorialize him, as he was a man that wanted to help communities and countries around the world, and I am sure that he would've supported his money being used and not tax payers!
