It looks like maybe the recipes are member-only access at blacjac's website. He must have a subscription.
I like Allrecipes.com too. The search feature is nice...you can search by ingredient.
If you have something at home that you aren't sure how to prepare, you can search by that item to get recipe suggestions. (I do that a lot when my dad gives me stuff from his garden and I need suggestions on how to cook it.)

I use Allrecipes.com and epicurious .com both plus http://www.cooks.com/
Found this, though I've never used them. At least the recipes are cost free. http://www.fatfree.com/

This is not a recipe site, but lots of info on food products. And I like the bloggers personality.
