OSU vs UM - whatcha gonna do?

Any good parties going on at any local eateries? Would like to go out, but no where in particular to go.

Maybe Jed's on Convent/Reynolds if they show it.

I'm going to my buddy's house for a party. We always have a get together, and cook tons of food. Brats, Hot dogs, burgers, Salmon, Chips, Salsa, Homemade cheese dip, and whatever else other people bring. It's been great the last 5 years since I have gotten to rub it in his face that meat chicken lost. He got to do it for so many years before, so now the tables have turned.

I don't know but the Jed's in P-burg had it on last year, that's where my dad went.

Meat Chicken is going to lose yet again.

Excuse me, but what is the "meat chicken" reference?

What a dismal day. The traffic was horrendous; the OSU fans at the Big House amounted for, like, 25 percent of the 110,000 on hand; we ran out of propane for our grill during pre-game tailgaiting (ugh -- you can't eat a half-cooked brat!); AND we lost.

= suckage

At least the sun shined for the second half.

Ah, I get it. A big "D'oh!" to me!

Rich Rod gets one more year, IMO, and that's only because UM is probably unwilling and unable to conduct a simultaneous search for a new AD and a new head football coach. The writing's on the wall: This was never a good fit to begin with.

So, I predict Rich Rod will be fired at the end of the 2010 season, barring one of two things: a) He's found guilty of serious NCAA violations, in which case he could be gone sooner, or b) he somehow manages to lead the Wolverines to a better than seven-win season next year with a successful bowl outing -- in which case, he may also win some additional patience from Wolverine Nation.
