In this article he talks about "energy proofing" after having an energy assessment done (You Must Get a Home Energy Assessment).
Does anyone know who around the Toledo area could conduct something like this? I like both the idea of being “greener” and saving money.

I am a partner in a local company called Energy Performance Partners and we are an energy consulting firm that performs comprehensive energy audits in the Toledo area. We work with owners of single and multi-family homes and commercial buildings to advise them on ways to decrease energy usage and save money. There are others in the market that advertise inexpensive ways to save money by changing light bulbs, installing low flow shower heads, etc. These are all good measures, but we are trained and certified in the use of infrared cameras, blower doors (to detemine how much draft your house has), and combustion analysis.
