Just a passing thought

It seems lately that everytime I see a TPD car driving by, the officer is on a cell phone. Are they using departmental cell phones now?

I thought using a cell phone was against the law, nice to see they are enforcing the law. While they are at it, they might want to write themselves a ticket and fine themselves.....
