Tropical Fish stores

Does anyone have any recommendations for a tropical fish store? I have always went to Trilby Tropicals, but it seems like there prices are getting a little high on fish. I try to avoid the bing chain stores.

Thanks for the suggestions...

Sadly I don't know the name, but there is (was?) a beautiful place up on Monroe Street near the Franklin Park Mall. Next time I drive by there I'll make sure to pick up the name for you.

There is a new place on navarre in oregon called pet finatics, when I checked it out the other day they did not have any fish, they were still cycling the tanks.
there is also daves tropical fish on lewis, once you step foot in that store and quit gagging you will run to trilby and realize the prices are worth it. there is also a nice little family owned shop in Wauseon on shoop ave. called Tony's.
I recently set up a 55 gallon aquarium after not having one for 15 years, all the fish and some of the hardware were purchased at Trilby and I have had no problems at all.
The people at Trilby are knowledgeable, they have been in that business a long time. their prices on hardware and food are better than the chains on most items.

INeedCoffee: I think the store you're talking about is Trillby Tropicals. Fantastic store, they know they're stuff and they have a great selection.

Have you tried the Coral Reef in Perrysburg? My wife used to go to their old location in Toledo, but they recently moved to RT 25.

There is a great group in toledo called Toledo Reef Aquarium Club (freshwater too) http://www.traccentral.org

What kind of fish are you looking for?
i look at fish as a one time purchase so i am willing to spend the money for a higher quality fish.
