Doing a little research...What browser do you use to access the internet and what version of the browser are you using?

all 3 of the above mentioned - depends on the pc I'm using. Prefer Chrome.
I've been using Firefox since it was named Phoenix/Firebird. I use Chrome on slower computers, but I just can't give up FF as my browser of choice.
Firefox mostly, but have used Opera, and Chrome in the past
Firefox 3.6, which I think just upgraded to 3.6.3 only a few days ago.
I stopped using IE about 3-4 years ago. IE slowed and/or crashed my system a lot. I tried Firefox out of desperation, and happily haven't looked back. I only load IE to do manual Microsoft updates.
Chrome at home and IE8 at work, only because IT tells me I have to.
All of them depending on what pc I am on. At this time I am using FF 3.6.3
I switch between safari and firefox on my mac. I'm finding that I like firefox more and more.
Safari mostly. Sometimes Opera, Firefox, Chrome, and Webkit.
Lynx browser, good one. Back in '96 or '97, I installed the Lynx browser on our VAX/VMS.

You know, I note that there is no shortage of responses to this question - even AC delurked - but when JR offered a thread to introduce ourselves to everyone else, you could practically hear the crickets on the lawn outside (electronically speaking).
I wonder how odd that is?
All right, I'll be the one to admit I use IE8. I am used to it, it functions well enough, and I hate change. I rely on my antivirus to cover for any IE virus weaknesses, I have a 4-MB RAM chip and ultra-screaming fast processors in my laptop to cover any speed problems, and when I tried Firefox and Chrome again this morning I was underwhelmed. Every page I went to with Firefox 3.6.3 I kept getting error messages about missing plug-ins, and Chrome was too stripped down for me.

Thanks everyone. Ran accross this when I was doing research.
I still have an IE3 release t-shirt. Aug 24 1996. GTF off my e-lawn!
AC: that rocks :) NCSA Mosaic was my first browser, paid $99 for the box set that included email, newsgroup, gopher, etc.
28.8 goodness using slip lol.
I used to use Firefox. I now use Chrome. It is faster and more secure. (Read: http://www.techspot.com/news/38368-Major-browsers-fall-on-day-one-of-Pwn2Own-Chrome-survives.html)
IE is probably the worst browser on the market.
