I noticed my hot tub water was a little on the low side. This is not uncommon due to natural evaporation and the countless number of kids in and out of it. I went out and put the hose in it and went about my business in the house. Two hours later I realized the hose was STILL in the hot tub. Of course it was overflowing all over the deck and backyard. It also tripped the GFCI. So I drain the water down to its normal level and flip the breaker back on. It trips almost instantly. Repeat this cycle until I realize there is a problem.
If I flip the breaker on and turn the jets on immediately the spa stays running, until the jets are shut off, and then it trips within 5-10 minutes of the jets shutting off.
I also get an error code of 355 on the display before it trips the GFCI.
I've searched and can't find anything about this specific error code.
Does ANYONE have a clue what the problem might be?
THANKS IN ADVANCE!!
FYI: For all the "technical" people out there - its a 2004 Sweetwater Lagunas. Hope this helps!
