Cone shaped building by mile marker 150 on I-75

Anyone know what the cone shaped building by mile marker 150 on I-75 between Bluffton and Findlay is? I have seen it as long as I can remember, is it a missile base or what?

That's an air traffic navigation aid.

That one is the Findlay (FDY) VOR. There is also one in Wood County between Rte 25 and I 75 called the Waterville (VWV) VOR.

It's a Mexican restaurant.

If it's the one I'm thinking about, I'm pretty sure it belongs to the state department of transportation. It likely holds equipment and road salt for the winter.

Forget that, I'm scared of 'GROB'. They have a large building, private airfield/gas station. They fly german, american, and ohio flags. The recently built that cube building... don't know what I'm talking about, spell GROB backwards and get back to me :)
