Celebrate the anniversary of the Victory over Japan at the annual VJ Day Picnic Aug 6/7/8 @ Rossford's Veteran's Memorial Park, located right on the scenic Maumee River. Softball tourny, HR Derby Fri night, "Deluxe" concession stand all weekend, chicken dinners starting @ noon SUN (till they run out, kids games..and of course BEER. The Rossford American Legion Post is on it's lasts legs, so stop on out, support our veterans, and support this fine institution, & help keep it going.

let me add....this is really laid back. No big crowd to fight, but still a festival atmosphere. Very nice park, nice setting. I even think there are boat slips available (not sure). Prices are very reasonable. It's a hidden gem in the Toledo area.
oh yeah, and Kareoke by T-Bone on Saturday night.
