I know Zia's has amazing specials -- not only limited to the bar -- listed on the restaurant's website.

Where do you, Toledo Talkers, go to wind down after a long day/week?

partly because it's so close to the Old West End (where I live), partly because I love each bar so mucn AND partly because they are so dirt cheap and almost all have great specials and food, I stick to Adams street in uptown Toledo.

Wesleys, Manhattans, The Attic on Adams & The Ottawa Tavern are great places to hang out and chill out.

The Happy Hour Bar @ Eleanor & Commonwealth (close to Jackman). Great bar burger and a beer for $4.75
