Well, well, well-seems like shooter was stopped by the Sheriffs' officers just before the massacre! Not only that, he refuses to release any of his multiple police reports. Yet he blamed Ms. Palin, El-rushbo, and Fox news for the shooting, while victims were still being transported to the hospital? I predict sheriff dupe-nik will be jailed for this cover-up, and will be named in lots of multi million dollar lawsuits, as well.

Wulfie please. We all know it generally takes at least a month for any government agency to release any records when a records request is submitted. There is no cover-up, these kinds of things take time. I am sure "Dupe-nik" has state attorneys reviewing the hundreds of records requests that surely came in from all over the country right now.
Multi-million dollar lawsuits? Please. Who again will be filing these suits? Damages for such things do have to be proven in court, you know.

Bullshit. We knew everything, and I mean everything there was on Joe the Plumber, two days after he dared to say "I disagree". Everyone who was killed(their families, i.e.,), and everyone who was injured will have a legitimate civil claim here. And Exhibit A will be the blatant attempt to keep the shooters rap sheet hidden, in order to facilitate shifting the blame to Rush Limbaugh.

State employees broke the law in the situation regarding Joe's information.
I agree the families have civil claims here, but they only do against Loughner (who likely has no assets). Even if Dupnik was preventing the release of Loughner's information, it would not be relevant to a civil trial.
No one will be trying to sue Rush or any other conservative for this incident. There is a little concept called "causation" that will prevent that from happening.

They started releasing records a few hours ago. So much for 30 days. It looks like the cops were involved in at least ten incidents, incl. drugs, making threats, etc. They did NOTHING! What happens is the file suit against loughner, and then by a process called "joinder", then add the sheriff, the city of Tuscon, the owner of Safeway, the State of Arizona, whoever should have had security present...and whoever else they can think of.
The problem is the cops can't bust people for anything anymore. Mr. Loughner had to be engaged by law enforcement several times in his recent past, but nothing could be done because you know "he was just down on his luck and he had a problem." I guess we just didn't love Mr. Loughner enough.
Arizona has a law that lets anyone basically put a crazy up for evaluation for their own good. Just takes follow through and complaints. I see where there were complaints and reports but no follow up on any of it.
