Yeah, we've been big fans of the Paula Brown Shop for a few years: the bar, the store of household and kitchen wares, and the art gallery area, which currently features posters from the 1980s to approximately today, designed by Toledo area designers.
After a couple cocktails each at PBS, we planned to sit at the bar at Registry Bistro, but the parking was already gnarley and pricey shortly after 5:00 pm because of some kind of hockey thing. Therefore we headed to the St. Clair Street area, but that was also hopping. So we fell back to Uptown and sat outside at Manhattan's for a while.
Then we crossed the border into Sylvania without papers and sat at the bar at Element 112, which is sort of an outdoor bar this evening because they have the garage door open.
We love to sit at the bar at establishments and chat with the bartenders, and the Element 112 bartender this evening is impressive. Beverage artists.
