Holy Cow! I was driving to Belmont Country Club to drop off a package and from Downtown Perrysburg to Belmont there must have been 25 or more homes for sale. Most big dollar homes. Sign of the times.

Yup noticed that the past month as well. Driving to church and along Front street where all of those beautiful historic homes are in Perrrysburg had 14 hours for sell in just that row along the road.
A friend lives kinda near UT part of Toledo and almost literally her entire block or two is for sell.
Oregon too near Pickle Rd.
Been house shopping for almost 2 years so this really seems like a good time to buy.

We've been on the market 3 mths and have had three showings. One almost turned into an offer but financing fell through.
We have a property tax abatement with our house that I think gives us a bit of a competitive edge
