City golf courses

All 3 courses, Detwiler, Collins and Ottawa were included in all of the companies proposals to be the winning bid and manage the courses from the city. The city chose Greg Fish and his company to run them. Congratulations City of Toledo! Watch him run these beautiful courses to the ground and suck all the money out of them for his S. Toledo course and then have the city take the courses back and I am pretty sure no one will want to run them then. They had 4 other bids, but Greg Fish promised them all kinds of money upfront. I would love to know if he is paying the city. Rumor is that the vendors are not getting their money and that employees are working OT but not getting paid for their hours. I am thinking this is a wage and hour violation, but it seems the employees do not know who to complain to.
