Occupy Wall Street: Toledo Edition
What: Day 2 of Occupy Toledo, a protest against corruption / capitalism. This is a part of a nation wide protest that started on Wall Street.
When?: Around 10 - 11am on Oct 11th, 2011, day 2 of the protest. By listening to others I learned that the protest is largest around 7pm, and that the morning hours are tame.
My political view is neutral, I went down to document and observe in an unbias fashion. To me, this is political history and should be observed without personal slant. I lend my camera lens to documenting this little bit of political history taking place here in Toledo. Most of the people present were educated, and or college students. There were a few vets as well. I did notice police stationed and observing the protest. While present the protest was peaceful, and organized.
I didnt talk to anyone at the event beyond simply stating I was an unbias observer who wanted photos of the events taking place without disrupting it or staging of photos.
