We made the humane decision this week to "put down" an ill pet. I spoke about Usher and Dino in previous postings and their battles with cancer. Ush lived for almost 9 months on a 6 week to 3 month "death wish". He was only five.
We thank you TTers for all of your positive feedback/opinions regarding these posts.
We would prefer to express our deepest gratitude to St. Francis Vet on Alexis. Dr. Dillion and his staff are very professional and caring.
We will miss you Ush.

Oh, so sorry to hear that you lost one of your very best friends. I am sure Usher knew just how much he was loved. Will pray for you and your family, Ush and Dino.

Sorry to hear this. It's very hard to take when we lose an animal who has been part of the family.
Sorry for your loss, Dino. Though his life was short, he had a good one because he was with your family. Our pets are so precious to us and it hurts like hell to have to say goodbye.
I'm sorry for your loss. The only bad thing about owning a dog is that you're likely to outlive them, and that's truly hard.
Remember the good times. Take comfort in the fact that you gave him the best life possible. He enjoyed his life with you.
