Courthouse insiders, what's the real story about Judge Amy Berling?

There was an interesting article in the Blade this morning, just wondering if there's any truth to it.

For those who didn't see the article, apparently the other municipal court judges have filed a grievance with the Supreme Court of Ohio alleging that she is very mentally ill and requesting that the Supreme Court intervene.
