Funny. Mayor's office is submitting an open records request to another entity. I bet Czarty will get peeved if the Port Authority does not respond quick enough even though it's well known that the city has at times stonewalled the local media's request for open records of the city.
Oh yeah, Toledo's June 2008 unemployment rate is 8.5 percent. By having the clown mayor of Toledo busy with something else, this is good news for Toledoans.
