New Toledo Talk Site---Please tell me what you think

Given the amount of extreme vulgar profanity that's toleratd here, I'm wondering how much interest there would be in a NEW Toledo Talk site?
What I'm thinking is a site almost identical to this, free speech for the most part. However, a site that would not allow explicit profanity, vulgar personal attacks or personal threats.
Call it what you will, censorship or whatever.
It's merely my opinion, and perhaps mine alone, that a site like this would work much better without tolerence for posters who verbally assualt others such as Darkseid, as an example.
Also, a site where the person in charge woud not delete posts just because he doesn't personally agree or like them.

It's just a thought. I have the time and know-how if there's enough interest. If there's not, that's fine too, I can handle being in the minority if that's what it turns out to be.
