Is it ME or is most of Toledo handicapped now?

and in most cases, handicapped just = OBESE. (the folks that SHOULD be parking at the back of the lot.)

But most of the time, it's just normal folk with their grandmothers blue parking permit int he window parking in these spaces. be ashamed.
