"Councilman Michael Collins realy needs to start talking logic and stop being negative; either be part of a team and contribute; or just simply shut up. We all know that he dislikes the mayor and knows that if he has something to say (negative-wise) it will end up in the paper 99% of the time. Whoever see anything positive or a positive quote these days ever get printed in the paper?!? Seriously Mr. Collins, enough is enough of your grandstanding, it's getting rather old and tiresome.
