Given the limited time left and allotted for discussion can City Council even afford to discuss other options beyond what Bell has on the table? I understand it's a "part-time job", but without a passed budget there are no funds for April expenditures. Sure glad they've been discussing important matters like the United Way building...
Anyone care to guess just how close council will cut it before passing a minimally modified variant of Bell's proposed budget? I'll say they pass something at 11:59pm Wed, an even minute to spare.
