Busted!

Got a pal who got popped yesterday for no seatbelt, and no front plate. I didnt think either one of those were reasons to pull someone over, are they?

I also paid attention to oncoming traffic this morning, and it seemed to me that about a third of the cars on the road dont have front tags. Noticed a lot of cars and pickups that dont even have a place for a front tag - also saw pleny of UM, OSU, etc type of non-license plates mounted up there...

anyone know the laws?
