Article source for : 5000+ Reasons I Do Not Like Stinkbeiner

On December 3,2007 my 1994 Dodge Intrepid went missing from my property. In the cars trunk I had nearly 150 CDs that I had been collecting for nearly 20 years. The car was also fitted with an interlock device which had been ordered to be installed by Judge Byers in Maumee Municipal Court due to an OVI conviction that I had. Between the value of the car,CDs and interlock device I am out at least 5000 dollars. At first I thought that some neighborhood thieves had stolen my car as I live in the Old South End of Toledo. When I finally found out where my car was it was too late-it had been ordered scrapped. Ordered scrapped by the order of Tom Kroma. When I first learned this news I had no idea who Tom Kroma was. Then I found out-A STINKBEINER CRONY. My car had been declared, unknown to me, a nuisance by the City Of Toledo and was taken from me with no notice in the mail or otherwise. It was parked legally on a concrete slab, with legal license plates, on property which I own in the 300 block of Chapin Street. By the time I tracked it down at Al Sobb's towing on Lagrange Street I got a runaround by Al and one of his employees who tried to tell me my car was parked illegally. Needless to say all the arguing I did availed nothing. I have sent an e-mail to Stinky and have not had a reply. I owe the company who installed the interlock God knows how much. The last time I talked to them they wanted over 2000 dollars but said they would settle if I could come up with 650 dollars right away. My car and contents were taken from me with no chance to challenge it in a court of law, NO WARNING WHATSOEVER! I feel that what happened to me is wrong and would like to know if anyone can tell me if there is anyway that I could possibly sue the City Of Toledo for taking my property without due process of law? THIS IS THE REASON I SAY RECALL STINKBEINER-NOW!!!!!!
