Article source for : I've beaten my addiction!

Ever since I was in the fourth grade I have had some tie with the Toledo Blade. I was a paperboy from fourth through ninth grade. My parents both worked for The Blade in some capicity or another, as did my uncle, several cousins, and grandfather. Therefore, I have always felt somewhat of a loyalty to The Blade, and, I have had a running subscription for the last 15 or so years. Following recent developments with The Blade and the direction it has taken I have officially cancelled my subscription. This has been a long time coming, but when they actually had the sack to compare a Toledo Firefighter and Police Officer with a check out girl at a God Damn WalMart!...that was the last straw. I hope many of you that still cling to your morning news the old fashioned way will join me. And, when you call to cancel be sure to tell them why!
